A life in your hands

If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn;
If a child lives with hostility, he learns to fight;

If a child lives with ridicule, he learns to be shy;

If a child lives with shame, he learns to feel guilty;

If a child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient;

If a child lives with encouragement, he learns confidence;

If a child lives with praise, he learns to appreciate;

If a child lives with fairness, he learns justice;

If a child lives with security, he learns to have faith;

If a child lives with approval, he learns to like himself;

If a child lives with acceptance and friendship, he learns to find love in the world.

Work Hard

A motivational story from www.getmotivation.com.....I thought you all should know.....If not already known...

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared; he sat
and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through
that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had
gotten as far as it could and it could go no farther.

Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and
snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But
it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.

The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any
moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body,
which would contract in time.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around
with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the restricting
cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening
were nature's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so
that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If nature allowed us to
go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as
strong as what we could have been.

And we could never fly...

Motivational

Ye na socho,
Chot kha kar,
Gir gaye ho,
Uth nahi sakte kabhi.....

Ankhein kholo,
Dekho zara,
Jo Khadein hain aaj,
Pehle gire the sabhi.....

It's about me n my love

Hume mughaltein hain ki tere dil-e-chaiin hain hum
Tasalli hona to abhi baki hai.....

Hamari galapehami ki wajah bhi to pakki hai
Ankhein jo char ho to sharm tujhe aati hai.....

Hume hi dhundti har pal teri ye katil nigahein
Katl hone ka manzar to abhi baki hai.....

Kyon shak hua tujhe nacheez ki fitrat par
Dil hai pak, har ehsaas par teri mohabbat havi hai.....

Is kadar kyon ruswa hua ai dilnashee
Dil hai hairan, izhaar-e-ishq to abhi baki hai.....

Hakikat janane ki zehmat nahi uthai tune ai Kafir
Dil me is baat ki kasak abhi baki hai.....

Tere dil me kyon na nafrat ho mere liye
Surat-e-ishq is dil me pukhta ho jana  lazami  hai.....

Shikayat

Teri ruswai ki wajah ka, kafir
Ab is dil-e-nadan ko ilm hua
Ruansa aur hairan hai ye
Jaise chandani me tara khoya hua
Ab fanaa na hoga tera ye ehsaas
Iskadar jo dil me pukhta hua.

I think of You

Kisi ko meri yaad aye ek arsa hua
Koi hai hairan to koi tarsa hua
Iskadar khamosh hai ye dil ye ankhein meri
Jaise khamosh ho koi badal barsa hua.
